OneTRYB Global, 5013c was founded in 2021 by Dr. Sylvia A. Hollins. We exist to bring solutions to the systems that serve our students and prepare them to thrive in society. We support educators, counselors and leaders with efficacy-based solutions that enhance the mental health and total wellness of students and school personnel on every grade level from Pre-K to Post-Secondary education. After achieving great outcomes in the schools and experiencing such overwhelmingly positive responses in the community, oneTRYB has expanded its capabilities to help strengthen additional organizations outside of schools. We offer av variety of services including professional development, transformation coaching, strategic consultation and even psychotherapy. Some notable past clients have included The University of Alabama, IBA Global, Acopia Harvest International, Tuscaloosa City Schools and the Nevada School Counselor Association.
